What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (waitlist, contact, or licensing inquiry), we collect the information you provide: your email address, name, and any message or details you include. This data is stored in MailerLite for email communication and is never sold to third parties.

Analytics

Optional PostHog analytics stays off until you select Accept analytics, wherever you visit from. With permission, we send page-view and selected interaction event names to PostHog, hosted in the US. We do not send search text, copied commands, campaign tags, form contents, email addresses, names, or companies to analytics. Session recording, automatic interaction capture, surveys, and analytics person profiles are disabled. The analytics identifier stays in page memory and resets when the page reloads.

We save your analytics choice in localStorage for 180 days. Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, decline, or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears analytics storage in this browser; it does not erase events already received by PostHog. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off. If browser storage is unavailable or the saved choice expires, analytics stays off until a new choice can be saved. Forms and site features work without analytics. Hosting and form services still receive the requests needed to serve the site and process submissions.

CLI telemetry

Phantom installers may send install-status requests to fadelab.net. This endpoint accepts those requests for compatibility but does not forward them to PostHog or store an analytics event. Hosting infrastructure may still process request information. Browser analytics choices do not control requests made by a command-line installer.

The request has no effect on the install. To disable installer telemetry requests, run curl -sSL https://fadelab.net/install | PHANTOM_NO_TELEMETRY=1 bash. The variable must be set on bash rather than on curl, or the installer never sees it.

If you sign up for the waitlist, we will email you when Phantom Studio is ready. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Contact and licensing inquiries receive a confirmation reply and are handled by a human.

With your permission, PostHog measures page views and selected button clicks. We do not send search text or form details, record sessions, or link analytics to your email. Your choice lasts 180 days. You can withdraw anytime using Privacy choices in the footer. Forms work either way.
