Measure a change before you keep it.
Start with a rendered mix or aligned stems. Choose from 20 tools to measure loudness, phase, spectral balance, and masking. Keep those results as your baseline.
Try an EQ or gain change, audition it, then measure the new render. You can see which problems improved and whether another appeared.
With a separate REAPER or Ableton MCP bridge, your assistant can also use the session controls that bridge exposes. The example animation illustrates that conversation; available edits depend on your DAW and bridge setup. Configure a DAW bridge.
